About About Antrim’s, A Good Sweep Chimney and Masonry Service

After graduating high school from Boyertown High in 1993 Nathan

(Erin) Antrim served as an apprentice for three years to a Philadelphia Mainline Building Contractor. During those earlier years, Nathan absorbed everything he could about proper General Construction Practices through a hands-on approach. In 1995 Nathan started a “side business” as a general contractor with a passion for old-world carpentry and masonry, as well as environmentally conscious building design and remodeling techniques.

With the combination of these interests along with the lure of a warm hearth, it was only a matter of time before Nathan joined the National Chimney Sweep Guild which led to the continuance of his education in Chimney Safety and Proper Venting Practices.

Over the years the small business has changed with the addition of a family, employees, and new technologies, but the commitment to excellence, and customer service has not!

Currently, Antrim’s, A Good Sweep Chimney & Masonry Service is a “three-truck company” with four employees and a 1500 sq. ft shop in Pottstown, Pa.

Our plans are to continue to grow with a satisfied customer base and eventually open a coffee serving hearth and stove shop where friends can come and enjoy a quality beverage in front of a pleasant hearth while reading a book or checking their email.
